Initial Naturopathic Consultation (Age 15+): $339
Initial Naturopathic Consultation is for new patients, age 15 and older, who have not been seen by Dr. Stephanie Nishek before, or patients who haven't been seen in 3 years or longer. This is a one-on-one appointment with Dr Stephanie. This does not include acupuncture, cost of testing or supplements. All consultations are conducted virtually, unless an exception is requested/approved. **Please call to inquire about initial consultations for children under the age of 15.

Return Naturopathic Consultations: $120-180
Return visits are billed based on provider time spent prior to, during and following your scheduled time. This may include review lab results and developing a treatment protocol, addressing new or previously undiscussed concerns, review outside records, etc. Cost range here reflects our two most common return visit options: "< 25min" and "26-40min."

Acupuncture (TCM) - Initial Visit: $155
Initial Acupuncture treatment is for NEW patients. If you have never had acupuncture or a naturopathic consult with our provider, please choose this option.
Now offered in both Bismarck (in partnership with Active Life Chiropractic) and Minot (in partnership with Inner Reflection Holistic Health Center).

Return acupuncture treatment for existing conditions, or existing patients with new conditions/concerns. If you have not been seen by Dr. Nishek before, be sure to schedule an Initial Acupuncture Visit first.

Initial Nutri-Wellness Assessment: $150
One-on-one intake and assessment with Danielle, HolisticND's Wellness Coordinator. This partnership will move you from a "goals" phase to an "action" phase on your healing journey. Danielle works with clients independently as well as supportively with patients under Dr. Stephanie's care.
Nutri-Wellness Check-In: $65
Check-in with Danielle, following your Initial Nutri-Wellness Assessment.
This partnership will move you from a "goals" phase to an "action" phase on your healing journey.
Check-ins exceeding 30-minutes will be billed at an extended (45-minute) rate.
